Method, written down

Everything we know about how this works is published as a web page rather than filed in a PDF behind a form. This is the index of it: how sample is screened, how audiences are built, and what we hand over with a delivery.

Method pages open side by side, each one linkable rather than filed as a download

Two reasons for the format. A buyer evaluating providers should be able to read the relevant section at eleven at night without talking to anyone, and a page that can be linked to, quoted and argued with is worth more than a document that has to be requested.

Data quality

  • Data quality and the rejection log Every delivery names the respondents we removed, the rule that removed each one and when it fired, so you can reconcile our claims against your own counts.
  • Fraud prevention checks Each screening check we run, named, with what it catches and what it misses, and why an appealable removal beats a rule that quietly punishes honest members.
  • ESOMAR 37 answers Our answers to the thirty-seven questions ESOMAR tells buyers to ask a sample provider, written as a readable web page rather than filed away inside a PDF.
  • Method changelog A dated record of every change to how sample is screened, how a reward can be held and what goes into a delivery file, with the reason behind each one of them.

Solutions

  • Sampling solutions Business audiences, consumer audiences and API-driven continuous fielding, run from one panel and one screening pipeline with the same delivered evidence.
  • B2B audience sampling Reach decision-makers profiled on role, seniority, company size and buying authority, so the incidence behind your quote is measured rather than estimated.
  • Consumer sampling Interlocked age, gender and region quotas as standard, with per-cell fill reporting so you can see which parts of a sample are thin before drawing conclusions.
  • API integration Feasibility, launch, live quota state and signed completion callbacks over one contract, using the same four status values we run across our own supply chain.

Panel

  • Who is in the panel Where OpinionReady members come from, what we ask them and when, and what happens between a new signup and a respondent who is usable in a client study.
  • B2B decision-makers Business audiences split into four tiers by authority and rarity, each with its own recruitment route, pricing basis and realistic expectation for field time.

Supply

  • Supply the exchange Monetise an owned audience without handing it over: your brand stays on the experience, you set the frequency cap, every complete is labelled with its source.
  • Integration contract The full supply contract in the open: entry links, the four terminal states, how callbacks are signed, and how settlement stays correct when both channels fire.

What is not here yet

Numbers. We are not going to publish a median field time or a rejection rate until the platform can export the figure that backs it, because a number nobody can reproduce is worth less than an honest sentence saying we do not have it yet. The ones we do stand behind are marked as such wherever they appear; the rest read as plain description until the reporting is there.

If there is something you need that is not written down, ask and we will either answer directly or write the page.
